All wedding gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order items. There is a 50% required deposit for all special orders that is non-refundable or exchangeable.

Wedding gowns are made to be altered and taken apart. It is always better to purchase a gown bigger rather than smaller so it can be taken in instead of let out. If you lose weight the size agreed upon at the time of ordering will be the gown that is yours. No exchanges or refunds would be offered for another size.
